Pega personal edition 8.7 not working

I’m trying to start Pega personal edition 8.7, I click startup icon, later login, but the screen shows me this message

Hi @AndoniR16897225: Is this the first time you are trying to access PEGA after installation? Can you please confirm if the installation is success without any errors?

If this is working previously and now working now, please check if there are any errors in the logs. Also please check after restarting the system.

@ArulDevan Thanks for replying Arul, I did the install a few weeks ago, I had to solve some issues related with postgresql, which I solved and used the app perfectly after that; Later I stopped using the app for around a week and now this error happens;

I just saw an error in the cmd terminal when I run Startup, "pg_ctlg Unable to start server"

@AndoniR16897225 I just found the error, a port in use was interfering with the execution of PE, closing that port made the server execute correctly
