Hi Team,

I am seeing the attached error when processing the screen flows. MODAL DIALOG : AJAX CALL FAILURE.

Please share the possible solution.

Hi @RaviKiran Yarala,

Could you specify at what instances this error is seen. Is it while opening a rule in dev studio ?

There are multiple scenarios in which this issue can be seen.

  1. Passivation, where you have left the window open for quite some time and then try to access it. In this case if you perform a browser refresh you would see the login screen.

  2. Your operator is been pointed to user access as default and you switch back to dev access and then try to open the rule via Live UI in this case you should point your operator to Dev access being the default.
