Hi! Lately I have been working up with the use of Pega Knowledge Buddy and I have faced some problems with it.
I have created several Knowledge Buddies that were working fine but since last week they have stopped working and also, the newly created Knowledge Buddies are failing.
As I haven’t changed anything from the app, I have tried several things to check what could be happening:
- Changing the Gen AI model (Claude, Gemini, GPT…)
- Reviewing the logs
- We found an error with D_Index which did not receive the required parameter. We have run D_Index, D_IndexList and other data pages with a custom parameter and worked correctly.
- Changing the Content sitemap/file (I have been using the pega sitemap Sitemap file: https://www.pega.com/sitemap.xml)
- We have observed that any chunks are created during the intake of content, even if instead of docs or urls we introduce a text.
I would appreciate any kind of information as why it’s not doing the intake correctly or why it has suddenly stopped working, if it’s because the IA models are unstable, etc.
Also I would like to know if there’s a way to delete the already created Knowledge Buddies, Content, Data Source and Data Collection.
