MCP Server Configuration (Pega Infinity '26)
The MCP Server acts as the provider of business capabilities.
Step 1
- Navigate to: Records → Integration Services → Service MCP
- Create a new Service MCP rule.
- Enable the MCP Service.
- Example: Enable MCP Service for Accounts Payable Automation
- Create a new OAuth 2.0 Client Registration.
- Save the OAuth configuration.
- View and download the:

MCP Client Configuration (Pega Platform 25.1.3)
The MCP Client consumes capabilities exposed by the MCP Server.
- Navigate to: Records → Generative AI → Agents → Create a new Agent.
- Navigate to: Records → Integration Connectors → Connect MCP → Create a new Connect MCP rule.
- Enter the MCP Endpoint URL copied from the Pega Infinity '26 MCP Server.
- Create a new Authentication Profile.
- Select OAuth 2.0 Authentication.
- Configure Client ID, Client Secret using the values generated in the MCP Server application.
- Save the Authentication Profile.
- Click Test Connectivity in MCP Connect Rule.
- Open the Agent rule created earlier.
- Add the Connect MCP rule under Agent Tools.
- Save the Agent configuration.
- Test the Agent by invoking capabilities from the remote Pega application.
