Hi,

I am able to connect from orchestrator to dev candidate but not able to connect to QA candidate. when i run diagnostics test i am getting error as “SSL enabled wrongly on api package”. Configuration is same for Dev & QA but still i am facing this issue.

I tried to enable/disable "Require TLS/SSL for REST services in this package" checkbox in CICD service package in both orchestrator & candidate QA but still same behavior. Please check the attached screenshot.

My orchestrator is 8.4 & candidates are 7.4 env’s.

In addition to ‘cicd’ server package, could you also check the ‘api’ service package. As the message says the error is with respect to ‘api’ service package.
