Enable Any user to work on any task(case), not just assigned ones. By default, only assigned-to user can work on a task(case) . This would allow a user to work on any task assigned to any other user of the application.

Did you get a chance to explore the workbasket option ? An open workbasket with all users tagged to that and the work is routed to the workbasket itself.
@gupts2 thanks for the quick response. is there any OOTB workbasket where all the users mapped related to specific application or do we need to create our own work basket and map all the users?
As @gupts2 also mentioned, I don’t understand the use-case for it. Make sure your application is build with security/authorization in mind from day 1.
But having said that, technically access to the assignment (for certain users) can be achieved by allowing it via the Access when ‘canPerform’ in Assign-worklist class.
