I am doing Pega Decisioning Consultant 8.5. The Cloud environment for the exercises for Cross-Sell on the Web Extended mission is not available. for other missions under the Decisioning Consultant 8.5 the cloud environment is available.
any idea how I can get it fixed?

We are sorry to hear you have issues getting your cloud instance. Can you please be more specific, from which exact challenge you are not able to get an exercise system?
In every challenge you should see a button, Initialize Pega! Make sure you are logged in!
If for a specific challenge you do not see this button, please let us know the exact name and or the URL for the challenge and will have a look for you.
