we need to open a firewall rule to establish connectivity from Pega Cloud to OnPrem Gateway to access back end services. I need to submit a firewall change request to allow traffic.

  1. I believe source IP’s will be IP range of webnodes

  2. where can i find the list of IP range for web nodes ?

Not exactly. For outbound calls (Pega Cloud → your gateway), Pega Cloud uses the static egress IP pool assigned to your environments—not the dynamic web node addresses. See this link for more details: Pegasystems Documentation

“Where can I find the list of IP range for web nodes?”
Please raise a Support Request to get the static egress IP addresses for your environments as specified in the article linked above.

@Naveenkm17043729 To add to Ivan’s point — the static IP addresses are now visible in the MyPegaCloud portal. If you have account access, you can find them under ‘Project Details’ on the landing page. I was able to view them in Pega Cloud 3 with the Cloud Deployment Specialist role.
