Pega BluePrint MCP agent integration not connecting

Hi, I’m trying to connect my BluePrint to AI agent (Claude) for the firs time.

In the Claude setting, I added a new connector with the MCP URL provided by Pega BluePrint, but it is not connecting. It is spinning indefinitely with “Checking connection..” message. Please see the screenshots below.

Hi Will, Could you please confirm if you’re connected to VPN or Customer VPN?

Ramesh, thanks for looking into this. I had to refresh the Claude to confirm the connection. After that I was able to take actions from Claude on the case types in BluePrint.
