Pega as-a-Service Q2 2026 Release & Roadmap – Post-Webinar Q&A

Thank you to everyone who joined our quarterly webinar on July 16, 2026! If you missed it, you can watch the recording here.

Below are the key questions and topics that were discussed during the session by our presenters — Ivan Anikanov, Jakub Stando, and Meenakshi Nayak. If you have additional questions that weren’t covered, please post them in the comments below and we’ll make sure the product team sees them.

Q: Does moving to the EU Service Boundary happen automatically for existing Pega Cloud clients?

A: No — the EU Service Boundary (EUSB) is a new, separate offering and is not an automatic migration. Existing clients who want to move to this offering need to engage their account executives to initiate the process.

Q: Is Enhanced Disaster Recovery (EDR) available for the EU Service Boundary?

A: Not currently. Because EUSB is limited to a single region (Germany), EDR — which relies on a secondary failover region — is not available for it at this time. It does remain on the long-term roadmap and may become available as the offering matures.

Q: What kind of storage visibility will be available in My Pega Cloud?

A: In H2 2026, My Pega Cloud will surface aggregated usage statistics — such as the size of attachments and SFTP directories. This is usage data (size-based), not direct access to file content, which remains secured within the Pega Platform.

Q: Is there a way for the community to influence the prioritisation of the proposed Log Explorer / Log Viewer feature?

A: Yes! The team is considering gathering feedback through the Expert Circle community to help determine priority. A community poll on the Log Explorer feature is being planned — keep an eye out for it and make sure to share your thoughts.
