I resumed my learning the Pega academy after few weeks gap. When i tried to do the challenge, i found button for launching the Pega environment was missing. only credentials are present. I checked randomly in previously completed challenges and other missions, i found the same issue.
A lot of users are reporting this today. Try logging in again, ensure that block third-party cookies is disabled in your browser. If is doesn’t work the contact Pega Academy here.

Thanks for the response. I reached to PegaAcademy/Contact but there was no response and issue was also not resolved. So i reached though the ‘Ask a question’. When i checked the browser settings, third-party cookies were enabled.
Today i randomly checked and i am able to access the challenge environment.
