Pega 8.7.4 with AWS RDS PostgreSQL

Dear Pega Support,

  1. Can you advise if Pega version 8.7.4 with AWS RDS PostgreSQL 13.10.x can support database sizing more than 5 TB ?

  2. What is the maximum database sizing that Pega 8.7.4 support using RDS PostgreSQL 13.10.x ?

  3. Do you have any customers reference that implement Pega 8.7.4 using RDS PostgreSQL 13.10.x that the database size hit more than 5TB?

Hi @TatEangT16730838: I could see that AWS RDS PostgreSQL 13 is supported for 8.7 with tomcat app server. Regarding the query on the database size, I don’t see any restrictions mentioned in the support guide. Can you share if you have aby background behind this query?

Regarding the sizing, it is recommended to do archiving strategy to avoid performance issues and this is specific to app.

Regarding reference, I leave it to the product team. It is better to check with the account representative too.

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to connect our API to the external customers via proxy however we are unsure where to specify the proxy server details in the pega so we can successfylly integrate and our api consume by the customers.

also we need some assistance in the key store configuration as we are getting 403 forbidden error whenever api access from the customers.

we need urgent support on our issue as our systems are not working.
