it’s impossible to delete case types in “My Auto Application”
is there a way to do it using only app studio ?

@IsmailB3 it is done only in Designer Studio. Could you try the suggestion given in this post and this post?
@IsmailB3 Please check your operator access to make sure I had administrative privileges for the particular application.
Try adding both pzSystemOperationsObserver and pzSystemOperationsAdministrator privilege to profile. Check your logs to see if there are any other errors.
Test with other Administrators as well.
