hi, may i know if anyone encounter pdf format is not consistent before? Or is there a way to modify the pdf format.

hihi, my version is 8.6.5 and the pdf format one is in grey color background in UAT and one is in white color back ground in dev. The alignment of the check box is also off

Can you try this :
- Go to the section which you are storing as PDF.
- Click on your layout. In General Tab, select container Format as Default .Do this for every layout if you have many layouts in that section
- Submit and then try to create a PDF
To use the compact style sheet, enable the UseCompactStylesforPDF dynamic system setting by performing the following steps:
- In Dev Studio, search for UseCompactStylesforPDF and click the result that appears in the dialog box.
- On the Settings tab, in the Value field, enter
true. - Click Save.
Please check that you have the same hotfixes installed on both environments.
Also check what version of PD4ML you have installed.
Our latest 8.7 Pega version has 4.0.13 pd4ml jar included.
