ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource

We are running PEGA 7.4.0

And we observed bellow error in our application logs and application is running very slow due to bellow error, can some one help me on this.

Looks like an issue which was resolved in version 8.1.8:

@shanp Thank You for the reply, but we are still in PEGA 7.4, do we have any fix for this version

@Prashanthks I checked BUG-515703 (System down due to ORA-00060: deadlock on pr_index_reference) for you.

Unfortunately no hotfix appears to have been issued in 7.4. Please log a ticket with GCS on MSP if you want this to be confirmed officially.

  • Backporting capabilities or support for newer versions of third-party solutions will no longer be available while your Pega software is in Extended Support.

Therefore if it is confirmed there is no existing patch you may need to find a workaround or update. GCS can advise you further if required.
