We are encountering an issue in our lower environment where users receive the error “Err, pls contact ur administrator” while selecting an account from a dropdown.
The logs show the following exception:
“One of the join conditions involving the following unoptimized property is not allowed: Oper.OrganizationID in class PegaIns-Data-ListOfApprovers.”
Tracing indicates that the failure occurs in the OOTB activity pxRetrieveReportData while executing an OOTB Report Definition.
This functionality was working previously, and no changes have been made to the Report Definition or its join conditions. The issue was noticed after a recent maintenance window that included an upgrade from Pega Platform 25.1.2 to 25.1.3 and a separate hotfix for an email-related issue. We are not certain whether this behavior is related to the platform patch upgrade, but we wanted to mention it as recent environmental context.
Since the failing Report Definition is OOTB, has anyone experienced a similar issue after upgrading to 25.1.3, or is this a known issue? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
