Not able to reply to my own question

I posted a below question few weeks back in Pega Support website, today i found it has been moved Pega Forums, in Pega Forum i don’t find any option to reply to this post or to the comment on this post, Is this some rights issue ?

D_pxGetFile is not allowing to delete the file from repository when in Stream mode
