NLP RUTA scripts not working in 25/24 version

Hi Team,

We have custom RUTA scripts in our application to extract email data into cases. While this logic worked perfectly in version 8.8, it is failing after our upgrade to version 25.1.3. Are there any specific configuration changes or updates required for RUTA scripts in version 25 that we might have missed?

Hi Anusha,

I’ve upgraded from 25.1.1 to 25.1.3. It’s working on both versions. I hope you can individually test the RUTA script and ensure it’s detecting the correct entity based on your scenarios.

yes, It works fine when I test it individually, but it’s not working in the actual email scenario

I’ve tested using GenAI Connect rule which uses TextAnalyzer to redact the properties. I do see it extract the required entities based on my RUTA scripts.
