We want User role should be captured along with user name in header of the assignment in Pega Constellation 24.2.3.
In the Pop-up , we are seeing the Operator data is coming, like that we want to show the Role of the Operator(like Manager, Investigator).
As per tracer, we found that Pega uses pyGlimpse to show the values of the Operator. But since it is an OOTB of Operator class, iam not able to edit this View.
Can someone please tell me how to achieve this within Constellation.
