It has been like an hour now since my Pega instance refused to launch, even when I manually reloaded it.
This happens, you need to logoff and login after clearing browser cache. Also use the refresh button provided on the right side of the screen instead of the browser refresh.
Hi @ChimeziriA
**logs:**The Pega logs will contain detailed information about any errors that occurred during the launch process. These logs can be found in the <Pega_Installation_Directory>/pr Tomcat/logs directory. Look for errors related to startup or connection issues.
**service status:**Ensure that all Pega services, such as the Pega Requestor and the Tomcat server, are running. You can use your operating system’s service management tool to check their status.
**Review Database connectivity:**Pega relies on a database to store its data. Verify that the database server is running and accessible by Pega. Check the database logs for any connection errors.
**resource limitations:**If your system is experiencing resource limitations, such as low memory or high CPU usage, it could prevent Pega from launching successfully. Monitor your system’s resource utilization and address any bottlenecks.
**Pega Support:**If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it’s recommended to consult the Pega Support resources. They have a community forum and knowledge base that might have solutions for specific error messages you encounter in the logs https://support.pega.com/

@MahavishnuN04 your reply is irrelevant to the user’s question about their Pega Academy VM instance.
@ChimeziriA Try to refresh or it may be because of Pega Accounts maintenance.
