msp.pega.com doesn't give chance to log in or link to login page

Hi, Is it possible to improve the UX by adding a link to the login page for msp.pega.com from the “you are logged out.” screen or even better to automatically show the login screen ?

I am not sure if my company security team is clearing cookies or not, however when I manually go to support.pega.com , I see my Icon, and Hello Peter, seeming to indicate that my session is still active. However then I click on the top menu Support > Working with Support > My Support Portal which launches https://msp.pega.com I end up at the logout screen attached. This happens frequently but not all the time, so I think is related to the session at msp.pega.com.

You should definitely still be logged in if you’re going to MSP from the Support Center.

@MarissaRogers PM of MSP here— really great feedback from Peter, thanks for passing along. Totally agree with the sub-par user experience with the login. Checked with my LSA and it looks like we can definitely create an improvement on this. I have a user story and we hope to get this in one of our upcoming sprints.
