Module 7 Exercise: Product backlog refinement (30 mins) - ERROR

I am having an issue trying to open the ‘Exercise System’ via below link:

I am getting below error in all browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE) and also tried exit out of CAP VPN but same issue (also tried new windows, tabs, incognito windows, etc):

This site can’t be reached

paex40-use.pegacloud.io’s server IP address could not be found.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Can someone please look into this bad URL issue so I can do the Exercise.

Can someone please look into this and respond ASAP…my training cannot be completed without this exercise which involves Product backlog refinement which is key element in Pega journey.

Hi Joe,

The module exercise and exercise system URL you referenced are from the archived version of Pega Academy, and exercise systems are not available there. fwiw, that course is out-of-date as well, and should not be available.

I recommend you use the (not so) new (anymore) Pega Academy site, and consider engaging in the most-up-to-date missions, modules, and challenges: Search | Pega Academy
