My customers do not like the term “Reject” on Approval steps, so would like to change the button text.
So, I have essentially the same question as was previously posted regarding button labels on Approval step (linked below), but wondering if there are any updates as of Pega 25.1?
I think I can accomplish this via Localization, but I worry that may apply globally to every Approve step in the case type, where I’d like it to be different per Approve step. Any thoughts from the experts? Thanks in advance!
As we discussed today, the approval smart shape is great for a binary approve/reject scenario but in practice I find many companies require more nuance. Often I create my own step in the process for approval so we can collect the more nuanced information. I’ve often seen actions like reject, reject for rework, approved and partially approved - you can easily do this with your own step in the process.
