The attached screen capture shows that I passed the test, however, it doesn’t complete the course and forces me to retake the test. Please help correct this issue.

I’ve faced this issue as well. If you retake the test and pass again it completes, otherwise you need to raise a ticket with Pega Academy.
@SohamM95 Thank you for the tip! I retook the mission test 4 times and finally I received the completion badge. Posting as an FYI.
