I have finished all modules and challenges incl the test, but the badge on the bottom is not unlocked. Why is this and can this be corrected?

You need to complete atleast all the modules marked as ‘Required’ after which the mission exercise unlocks. On completing that the mission test unlocks. After completing all these the badge will be displayed in your profile. If its still not visible then raise a ticket with Pega Academy.
