We have recently upgraded our application from 8.1 to 8.7.5 but retained same UI-KIT - 13. Now, we are planning to move this application to PegaCloud as part of this migration, we are also planning to migrate from UI-KIT to Theme-Cosmos.
When migrating to Theme-Cosmos, Is it mandatory to remediate all the elements advised in the below? Or we can only remediate the Sections which are not working ?
When migrating from UI-Kit to Theme-Cosmos in Pega, it is generally recommended to remediate all the elements advised in the migration guide. This ensures that your application is fully compatible with the new theme and provides a consistent user experience.
However, it is not mandatory to remediate all the elements at once. You can prioritize the sections that are not working or those that are critical for your application’s functionality. This allows you to incrementally migrate your application to the new theme while addressing any immediate issues.
But do the proper testing of the application after updating to Theme-Cosmos.
