Dear Pega Community,
I have a question about pega AES. In our production environment we have up to 5 product segment that sparate pega platform, each product segment have 4-12 nodes.
We want to all that product integrating to pega AES, I have read the documentation about multiple Pega Platform systems but there is no exact number for how many multiple pega platform that can connect.
So my question is is there any limitation for multiple pega platform that connect to AES ?
then what I should pay attention when integrating multiple pega platform in server or infrastructure side ?
Thanks
Riyandi
@RiyandiL16579019 I have not found any documented limitation for multiple pega applications to connect to AES.
Please see an interesting forum post here: Pega AES 8.3 Platform Support
Please note that Pega 8.3 has entered Extended Support.
After the Extended Support period expires, Pega no longer releases patches or hotfixes to address any bugs or security issues. If your version of Pega software passes the end of Extended Support, you need to update your application to the latest version and patch to ensure you are on the most secure, reliable, feature-rich version of Pega Infinity.
After AES 8.3 we recommend you migrate to PDC
Regarding the use of AES, please see the post Pega AES download on the requirements to migrate to the use of PDC.
Each Pega Platform client has a dedicated Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) virtual user account, called a tenant. Each tenant can monitor any number of applications that belong to the same client.
