I’ve attempted several times to complete the “Routing work to users” challenge in the Low-Code App Builder mission and it appears it is broken at Part 3 when it is time to add business logic to Perform Repair step. I can add the first department easily enough, but when I go to add the next condition it causes another “1” to show up thereby completely overwriting everything. Furthermore, the drop-down is broken as you see in the screenshot. This occurs in Chrome, whether in incognito or not and occurred every single time I’ve tried for the past week. I even tried switching to Dev Studio but got the same result. Please assist.
I tried to replicate your steps but was unable to reproduce your issue. Have you tried to reset your training instance which may solve your issue? If you are still not able to resolve it, please use the contact the Pega Academy team link directly under the Launch Pega button which will submit a support case where one of our staff can work directly with your training instance.
So, I went back and had intended to reset the instance if it failed, but instead tried a different fix that worked. Basically I removed a condition any time it tried to repeat a number (e.g. two 1s) and ended up succeeding in the end with adding the logic and completing everything else in the mission.
