We have a scenario where customer name should be populated inside the eform and for each customer an Eform should be attached to the case. Suppose I have two customers. Eform is getting attached properly for both the customers but the name inside it, for the first run both the documents are having same name. When i go back to previous stage and regenerate the names inside are populating fine. Tried external commit also no luck. Kindly suggest on this

This issue may occur because both eForms are reading the same customer name from the clipboard during the first generation. To fix this, update the activity to process each customer separately. Before calling the GenerateEForm activity, use a Data Transform to populate the current customer’s name on a dedicated clipboard page. Ensure the Map eForm rule references the correct property on that page. Create a fresh target eForm page for each customer to prevent old data from being reused. Generate the PDF and attach it to the case before processing the next customer. Clear the temporary clipboard data before starting the next iteration. This should ensure that each eForm contains the correct customer name during the first run without returning to the previous stage or using an external commit
