Is there any way we can explore Framework of Pega like KYC,CLM ,Smart Dispute frameworks using community edition? How to enable CDH capabilities in Community edition

As our project has no scope, we are not getting chance to explore to get hands on.

In community edition you cannot explore these options. Your organization needs to provide you access to an environment which has the specified license. One other way you can explore is by completing the concerned modules in Pega Academy where you can have some hands-on on the provided exercise instance.
