Is it possible to find the details of browser requestor of a specific node in the past?

Hi,

The issue is we observed high number of “users” in a background processing node which seemed odd as that node is reserved only for system tasks. I am looking for a way to find the details of those users viz, Operator ID, AccessGroup etc. Can someone advise?

We would be able to get current number of requester count under each node from System-Status-Nodes table.

I am not sure whether we would be able to get historical requester session data from system.

You could raise SR with pega to know root cause of this issue and to know about load balancing configured for your environment, why end user session is not getting created under web node.
