@Jonathan Pereira the answer in Replace External Kafka with Azure event hubs seems to imply it is not officially tested.

What I meant was, if we have any issues in the future, after implementing Event Hub, will we be able to open a Ticket with Pega Support or is this a risk that we will have to resolve on our own? Will we be covered by Standard Support?

@Jonathan Pereira we can’t comment about future support, but for now, this is the section on our documentation that is relevant.
Addition:
Microsoft EventHub with external stream was never tested or validated, however I heard from our support team members that with some adjustments to the settings, EvenHub was made to work fine. You will be able to open support tickets for stream related issues when using MS EventHub - we will investigate it and if we find out it’s related to Microsoft, we will point out where the problem is and you may be asked to reach Microsoft Support to continue towards a solution.
