IntentID not showing in segment for History Communication table

Extended the class PegaMKT-Data-CommunicationHistory and mapped the intentID. we did the test connectivity in extended class and changed the class referent in association rule as well.

Even though intentID was not showing in segment creation while selecting the History details association in criteria. This is pega CDH 8.8 version.

Can anyone specify what exacly issue in this?

@SahajahanH0169 To make the properties appear while creating Audience, you need to update the properties in the External Mapping tab of the class rule and update the association in Pega Marketing portal (Configuration->Setting->Application Settings). Please be aware that while still supported in some configurations, use of this type of criteria in Segment is not encouraged. In fact these criteria are not available once the method of storing Interaction History in file format is adopted. The best practice recommendation for Always on Outbound is to have broad Segments and implement necessary Engagement Policies via Next Best Action Designer.
