Instance account has been disabled.

While Launching Pega Instance from the Pega academy portal to complete missions, its displaying as “Your account has been disabled, contact your system administrator”. What to do?

@ShashwatK16632639 please can you take a look at the Academy FAQ page - there is a section under Managing Your Pega Instance

This error indicates you did not use the correct login credentials. The login credentials for every challenge and mission exercise are found on the challenge or mission exercise page in the Scenario section.

Please go through all possible scenarios and questions.
