How does one go on about implementing Jenkins in PEGA from scratch? Is there a step by step guide? All the info i am finding is about configuring the file itself.

There is no such thing as Pega AWS. AWS has its own DevOps program, which is completely independent of Pega. Pegacloud service does run on AWS, but everything is managed by Pega experts, you should not have to learn AWS at all - essence of software as a service.
