I have completed all tasks but the module is not getting marked completed

I have completed the case intermediate foundation course but one module is not showing progress even though I have completed all tasks

Please clarify the mission or module you are referring to - there is no such mission. or module named “case intermediate foundation.”

Under the mission Case management Intermediate, I have completed all the four tasks of the Mission Exercise
