HTTP Status 503 – Service Unavailable while connecting to my pega host

Hi Team,

I have installed tomcat 9.x and java 11 and pega 23’ in my RHEL linux machine. After installing DB , tomcat and Pega could see this below erro in logs and I can’t able to login my pega23’ portal.Please provide an solution to this issue.
