I have been looking for a queue/topic consumed by a particular Service JMS in our application. Unlike connect JMS, the JNDI look up is not availble in the rule. Please let me know where to check the detail for Service JMS.

Pega online help (refer to your version) should have all the details regarding how to configure Service-JMS rules. It normally comes as a war (prhelp.war) for old pega releases.
