How to send the normal text in email without HTML tags from pega

Hi All,

We need to send out an email in normal text format without any HTML tags to customers. For this we are using the SendSimpleEmail OOTB in this activity there is no option to check HTML Message.

however, i can see HTML tags & CSS values in the email along with text, so is there any way we can remove these HTML tags and CSS Values from an email.

@kirti in the correspondence rule have you inserted any property or its a static content?

@kirti ok, then can you please use richtextdisplay format in the insert property dialog form and try.
