How to restrict users to login into multiple browser sessions with same user

Hi all,

Is it possible restrict users login with same user in diferente session using Pega 7.1.9?

If so, how can we do that?

Hi @ArturB68 , you can configure this in the system rule (Records->SysAdmin-System ) .

In system rule the field- “Number of concurrent sessions allowed for each operator” can be modified to change the concurrent session, by default it will be -1 (unlimited login)

Looks like this is the correct configuration. But for me, since I’m using Pega 7.1.9 this feature is not available yet.

Hi @ArturB68 , i think its not possible to restrict the concurrent users below to 7.2 version ..
