How to read incoming emails and get summary of the body from the GenAI

Hi we need to parse the incoming email, read the body, get summary of this body or category with the help of PEGA GEN AI, I was not able to find a place to configure GEN AI after using email listener or channel, can someone pls share an approach, thanks
