How to invoke a Data Transform from a custom DX Component button in Pega 25.1

HI Team,

I am building a custom DX component (React) and need to trigger a server-side Data Transform when a user clicks a “Submit” button.

In traditional UI, I would use an Action Set with Run Data Transform. In Constellation, what is the recommended pattern to ensure the Case data is synced, the transform is executed on the primary page, and the state is persisted for the next assignment?

Surely you can do that.

However, before landing into a decision of having a custom DX button and calling a data transform on click, help us understand your use case so that we can suggest an option without the need of a custom component.

If there is no other way around and the functionality is critical, then we can surely go for a component following UI guidelines and pega best practices.
