How to implement data capturing (without initiating any case) using UI page or Web embed in Constellation?

I have a requirement where I need to first capture data from UI without initiating any Pega case and run business logic on the captured data and update internal/external system table.

This can be done using UI Pages/Web mashup in non constellation Pega application but I need it to be implement using constellation.

This approach is similar to the UI Pages in Theme-Cosmos.
