how to have different buttons in case header based on case locking

Hi,

We have a requirement where users need to have different buttons when case is locked and when case is not locked by the user, we are trying to achieve this in theme cosmos.

We were able to achieve this in UI kit with pzHasLock when rule but when trying to used the same in Theme Cosmos it isn’t working.

Based on my observation I think this is because the case header is not part of Perform harness in theme cosmos and when we click “Go” the header is not getting refreshed.

Is there a way to achieve this in Theme Cosmos, please help.

Hi,

Have worked with Pega on this and go to know that there is now such provision in Theme cosmos. And had to add the relevant actions as case wide actions and the corresponding when rule.
