In our application, we have a chemical name which contains greek letters like alpha and beta. These are getting displayed on screen but are coming as ??? in PDF.
Can anyone please help regarding this
@SRAVYAK6231 Are the fonts referenced in the HTML (which is processed into PDF) available on server ?

Also note that if a certain language fonts is not seen in pdf likely there is a missing font file reference while generating pdf.
We suggest you add font binary files and referring it in HTML fragments/Non-auto generated sections.
