How to customize Word Template rule in User Portal.

Can I customize Word Template rule in User Portal ? My requirement is below :

  • I want to show the Word Template rules in User Portal.
  • I want to change Word Template file in User Portal.

The image is below. I tried to do the following. But, Word Template rule(Rule-Template-Word) is locked in Production Environment and the Word Template rule can not be delegated. And, I am not sure how to checkout and checkin rules with activity. Can I customize Word Template rule in User Portal ?

I created a new ruleset in which I saved Word template rule.
And, this ruleset is unlocked and I modify Word template rules in the unlocked ruleset.

@kobat How did you configure the UI ? Can you share some screenshots ?
