How can we configure Pega Constellation (25.1) to create a Case Level Audit entry (for example, “[UserID] viewed this record…”) every time a user views/open a record(case) in Review Mode (read only)?

Hi @Zumry, what is the business problem we are trying to solve with this requirement? Who needs to see these log entries, how will they be used, what decisions would be made?
Answers to these questions will drive the best solution, however at the very least I would recommend looking into Security Events Log and perhaps consider sending those events from OpenDefaults, as described here.
