How to configure a text box or text area to enable an user to enter URL/link in run time and be able to click when it's read only?

There are multiple text boxes and text areas in my application.

Is it possible that an end user can enter hyperlinks/site links in those fields?

The flow is then saved and submitted thereby saving to DB. And I have a review flow of my application with all fields in read only format prior to that.

When in review flow I should be able to click on the links entered in the text area or text boxes. Is there a way to achieve this in Pega 8 version? If so how to configure my text boxes and text areas in the multiple sections?

Under the Editable format you can select - link to enter Links in runtime.
