How to click email link and open case screen that contains left navigation

I want to click email link and open case screen that contains left navigation. How can I do this ?

I tried to use the following link. But the following screen does not contains the left navigation.

Hi @kobat, try using “pyCaseManager7” as the harness name in your portal rule. If it satisfies your requirement, you can the save this harness in your ruleset and make changes accordingly.
