How to access MY PEGA My Spaces Smart Disputes Pega Social group

I want to access the Fraud Smart dispute related videos (https://my.pega.com/mypegaprd/PRAuth/SSO/MyPega/DOC-1575) but I don’t have access , how can I get access /whom I need to contact.

@RakeshD9168 can you tell us what are the symptoms? How do you navigate to that content?

What error do you see?

Suggest:

Please could you use the ‘Get Help’ button on the right of the screen when you encounter the issue?

You will then be able to report the symptoms and provide a screenshot of the problem to the relevant team who deals with the Smart Disputes framework content on the My Pega site.
